returns & refunds

we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

items must be new, unused, and in original condition. to start a return, email drew@hemphooks.com within 30 days of delivery. we’ll provide a free return label for you to download and print.

once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. there are no restocking fees.

defective or damaged? we fix it. email drew@hemphooks.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund it — no return shipping, no hassle.
